Our Core Mission
The Kalone Foundation is committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness and housing insecurity by providing comprehensive transitional housing solutions. We believe that stable housing is the foundation upon which individuals can rebuild their lives, access essential services, and work toward long-term independence.
Who We Serve
We provide safe and affordable independent transitional housing to several subgroups:
Independent Living for Seniors
Supporting older adults who need affordable, accessible housing with dignity and independence. Our senior housing units are designed with age-appropriate amenities and support services.
Transitional Housing for the Indigent
Providing temporary housing solutions for individuals experiencing financial hardship, offering a bridge to permanent housing while addressing underlying challenges.
Transitional Housing for Veterans
Supporting veterans who have served our country by providing specialized housing and support services tailored to their unique needs and experiences.
Post-Rehabilitation Independent Living
Assisting individuals who have completed rehabilitation programs by providing safe & stable housing that allows them to continue their recovery and reintegration into the community.
